The bar design studio interfaces directly with the Create Your Own Candy Bar database to allow real-time synchronization with chocolate bar base chocolate types and possible inclusion types loaded into the Create Your Own Candy Bar assembly line. The kiosk can also uniquely identify users when they scan the bar code on their ticket.
Six kiosks mounted on sleek industrial metal poles allow visitors to scan their tickets and personalize their chocolate bar prior to creation on the assembly line. Visitors are presented with a chocolate bar base selection as well as several possible inclusions like caramel, crisp rice, and sprinkles.
Real time synchronization allows assembly line operators to change base and inclusion types in real time. For example if they run out of caramel bits during the day, they can change the inclusions to rainbow jimmies and the kiosks will automatically update.
